The Bologna Process Committee in the Department of Life Sciences organized a training course titled "Implementing the Bologna Process for Students"
The course was led by the department's rapporteur, Asst. Lecturer Jaafar Hamed Jaafar, with Asst. Lecturer Zainab Nazim Aziz as a member, and Ms. Noor Al-Huda Azmi Hassan as a member
During the course, a QR code was distributed to the students, containing the system link, usernames, and passwords for each student. The course covered how to use and manage the student system, as well as explaining the courses, study units, scheduled hours, and grade distribution for formative assessment and semester grades. It also explained how to calculate academic progress, track attendance, and the required attendance hours for each subject. Additionally, it provided guidance on accessing the weekly schedule in the Bologna Process system. Students were encouraged to check their system daily, commit to applying the Bologna Process, attend regularly, and fulfill the scheduled hours
